You must reboot for the changes to take effect. <--WPI0148-->: Welcome to WarpIN V%1! For future use of WarpIN, we will now create a folder on your Deskop containing the WarpIN Workplace Shell objects. A WarpIN program object will be created and associated with WarpIN archives (*.WPI extension). This allows you to simply double-click on WarpIN archives (*.WPI files) to have them installed by WarpIN. Note: This installation does not copy any files anywhere. The WarpIN program object will be created for the WARPIN.EXE file which you just started. WarpIN will maintain all its data (including the packages database) in its own directory, so you can later move the directory anywhere you like without breaking existing package installations. Press "OK" to proceed. Press "Cancel" to terminate WarpIN at this point; you can later install WarpIN at any time. <--WPI0149-->: WarpIN Installation <--WPI0150-->: WarpIN Product Information <--WPI0151-->: WarpIN has determined that it has previously been installed in a different location than it was now started from.WarpIN was previously installed in the directory "%1". That installation has the version number %2.
The WarpIN that is currently running is version %3.
WarpIN should not be used from several directories concurrently, because it maintains the global database of all installed packages in its own directory.
If several global databases exist, WarpIN cannot keep track of installed packages properly so that repair and de-installation of packages might fail.
You now have the following options:
If you now press "Upgrade existing", WarpIN will copy the files from the current directory to your existing installation in "%4". You can then continue to use your old WarpIN installation, which will have been updated. The "Upgrade" button is disabled if the existing installation is newer than the WARPIN.EXE you have just started or if that installation does not appear to be valid.
Press "Disable existing" instead in order to use the WARPIN.EXE that you have just started instead of your old installation. This message will simply be suppressed from now on, and your WarpIN program objects will be refreshed to point to this WARPIN.EXE. Note that if your other installation has your WarpIN database entries, the current WARPIN.EXE will not see them.
Press "Cancel" to abort now, especially if you wish to continue using your old WarpIN
installation.
<--WPI0152-->: The WarpIN Workplace Shell folder and objects have been successfully created on your Desktop.
<--WPI0153-->: WarpIN: Install Error
<--WPI0154-->: The file "%1" is currently locked by another process and cannot be overwritten.
<--WPI0155-->: Another instance of WarpIN is already running. You should not start two instances of WarpIN concurrently, because this can corrupt the global database. This instance will terminate now.

Welcome to WarpIN!
WarpIN doesn't know what to do at this point, so this message box is displayed.
Basically, WarpIN operates in two modes:
1) Normally, WarpIN operates on WarpIN archives, which have the *.WPI file extension. Such a file is somewhat similar to a ZIP file, except that it contains additional information for WarpIN about the archive's contents. WPI files are therefore not compatible with ZIP files.
If WarpIN has been successfully installed, the WarpIN program object has been associated with *.WPI files, so you can just double-click on an archive to install it.
Alternatively, you can start WarpIN from the command line, with a WPI file as the parameter (e.g. "warpin sample.wpi").
2) If you double-click on the WarpIN program object directly (or enter "warpin" without any parameters), WarpIN operates in "Database mode", if any packages have already been installed.
If no packages have been installed yet, you get this message instead, because there's nothing in the database yet.
See the "WarpIN User Guide" (WPI_USER.INF) for detailed instructions.
