1. You may install this package from either your /tmp directory or directly from this CD-ROM.
   
   
2. If you choose to download the package from this CD-ROM, click on the download link on the product download page or manually copy it to the /tmp directory:
   
   
   cp /cdrom_mount/sdk/cxperf.depot /tmp
   
   /cdrom_mount is the directory where you have mounted the CD-ROM
   
   

   If you do not choose to download the package from the CD, you will need to substitute "/tmp" with "/cdrom_mount/sdk" in the following path.
   
   

   As superuser, type:

   
    

   /usr/sbin/swinstall -s /tmp/cxperf.depot
   
   

After installation /opt will contain a cxperf subdirectory:

/opt/cxperf
