Sundial Systems License Agreement For Desktop Software Products

Read this Agreement before installing or using the Product.  Installing
the Product indicates that you accept the terms of this Agreement.  If
you do not accept or agree to these terms, return the product package
with all accompanying materials for a full refund.

Copyright:  The software and documentation (Product) accompanying this
Agreement are copyrighted and protected by United States and
international copyright laws as well as international treaty provisions.
You must treat the Product like any other copyrighted material, except
to the extent that this Agreement provides to the contrary.

License:  You are licensed by Sundial Systems Corporation to use the
software on one computer at a time.  You may install the software on as
many computers as you personally use from time-to-time.  However, you
(and, if obtained for personal use, members of your immediate family)
may use only one such installation at a time.  You may copy the software
onto additional sets of media for backup purposes only.  You may not
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or make any attempt to
discover the source code of the software.  All rights not expressly
granted are reserved by Sundial Systems Corporation.

License Number and Access Code:  You understand that the Product License
Number and Access Code information (if provided) is valuable and agree
to take all reasonable precautions to protect it as you would any other
confidential information and not disclose it to anyone other than
Sundial Systems Corporation Customer Support.  Should you make use of
the License Number and Access Code on more than one computer, you agree 
to take reasonable steps to insure that only one such installation is in 
use at a time.  You agree to compensate Sundial Systems for lost revenue
and other damages should you willfully make the License Number and 
Access Code information public in any manner or willfully allow it
to be in use on more than once computer at a time.

Limited Warranty:  Sundial Systems Corporation warrants that for a
period of 90 days from date of receipt of the Product, the media will be
free of defects and the software will perform substantially in
accordance with the documentation.  Under no circumstances will Sundial
Systems Corporation be liable to you or any other party, for damages,
including the loss of profits, savings, or other incidental or
consequential damages, stemming from your use or misuse of the program -
even if Sundial Systems or its authorized representative has been
advised of the possibility of any such damage.  You agree that the only
remedies available to you will be replacement of defective media or
refund of the purchase price of the Product.

SUNDIAL SYSTEMS CORPORATION DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow limitation of how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  Some states do not
allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This limited
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights
which vary from state to state.

U.S. Government Restricted Rights:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by
the U.S. Government is subject to the restricted rights applicable to
commercial computer software under DFARS 252.227-7013 and FAR 52.227-19.
